Best watch dealer software: 8 tools compared

A watch deal is one record from the first request to the closed sale, not a handoff between a CRM, a spreadsheet, and an accountant. Every tool below gets judged on how much of that record it holds. This comparison puts eight tools side by side: WatchTraderHub, Kigu, Watch Dealer Pro, WatchOps, Vericog, Uploadify, Inventory Connect, and Movement OMS.

Who this is for

This is for a dealer running a real operation: staff, one or two marketplaces, tax filings, and an accountant or lender who reads the books. A dealer doing a handful of deals a month off a spreadsheet does not need roles, commissions, or automated postings to the ledger.

What to check before you compare

  • Inventory control. Reference, serial number, condition, accessories, location, cost, and status on every watch.
  • Deal accounting. Purchase cost, sale price, fees, expenses, and gross profit on the same record.
  • Documents and tax. Invoices, consignment settlements, and an export the accountant can use.
  • Sales channels. One inventory record that updates a marketplace, a website, or both.
  • CRM and sourcing. Buyer requests, seller submissions, wish lists, and follow-up in one place.
  • Team operations. Staff can work a deal without seeing what the business paid for it.
  • Pricing and limits. Caps on inventory, seats, or transactions that decide what growth costs.

Side by side

Rival cells come from each tool's own site. The five newest rows were read on 2026-10-08. Where a page did not say, the cell says "not stated" rather than guessing.

The tools

WatchTraderHub

WatchTraderHub is strongest when the daily problem is keeping listings and stock in step across channels. Its product page describes one inventory connected to Chrono24, eBay, WooCommerce, Shopify, and the dealer's own website; a sale on any of them pulls the watch off the rest. The CRM adds wish lists matched to inventory, duplicate merging, and purchase history. Team roles let staff sell without seeing what the business paid for a watch.

The limits sit in the pricing. WatchTraderHub's pricing page caps the free tier at 15 watches and the paid tiers at 50, 100, or 250 watches. Unlimited inventory needs a custom Enterprise quote.

Kigu

Kigu is built around the financial record of each watch: serial number, condition, papers, and box status on the item, with buys, sells, and fees on the transaction. Its product page lists tax treatment for 46 countries, exchange rates kept per deal, and CSV and XLSX exports for an accountant. Consignment agreements, purchase and sales invoice drafts, and staff commissions stay linked to the deal. Kigu names Chrono24 and WhatsApp trading as its main channels rather than marketplace sync.

Kigu's pricing page lists a 7-day trial of the full plan (card required, no free plan) and Pro at $59 a month or $590 a year with unlimited inventory, transactions, and team members.

Movement OMS

Movement OMS puts CRM intake, sourcing, inventory, deals, invoices, and accounting on one record. A buyer request or seller submission enters the queue, gets matched against stock already held, and moves into a selling queue otherwise. The deal carries cost basis, sold price, gross profit, payments, and the terms and cuts owed to partners or salespeople. Closing it posts the bill, balance sheet, and COGS to QuickBooks and updates the dealer's website and Google Shopping feed from the same data. A consign deal type carries its own terms and cuts on the deal.

The plan is $299 a month with unlimited seats and a 14-day trial. That is the highest sticker price here. Kigu Pro is $59, Watch Dealer Pro is $99 to $149 plus a 2% processing fee, WatchOps is $159, and WatchTraderHub tops out at €249 before Enterprise. Movement has no inventory cap, no per-seat charge, and no processing fee.

Watch Dealer Pro

Watch Dealer Pro is built around the deal pipeline. A deal moves from lead to done, an invoice goes out on a stage change, and contracts are signed electronically. It shows profit after fees. Pricing is Core at $99 a month for 2 seats and Pro at $149 for 5 seats, with a 2% processing fee on every plan.

WatchOps

WatchOps is built for dealers who trade with other dealers. It tracks stock by serial number from intake to sale, turns a dealer's Excel list into stock others can view, and shares stock with dealers and clients. Invoices can be filtered by partly paid, unpaid, and due. It costs $159 a month or $1,599 a year, with a 7-day trial.

Vericog

Vericog is for professional dealers (independent, boutique, wholesale) who sell on eBay and Shopify. It syncs eBay and Shopify listings and orders with auto delist; Chrono24 is an outbound feed only. Invoices, tax, exports, and QuickBooks are not stated. Starter is up to 25 watches and 1 user, Professional is up to 100 watches and 2 users, and Dealer is custom with unlimited watches and 5 to 10 users. The price is flat monthly with no cut of sales. Dollar figures are not stated.

Uploadify

Uploadify is jewelry first and also serves watch dealers. It lists to 10 or more marketplaces, including Chrono24, Bezel, eBay, and Jomashop, and tracks memos and consignment. QuickBooks is listed as coming soon. Products are unlimited on every plan. Plans are $75 a month for Inventory Management and $115 a month for Inventory + eCommerce, each with 1 user included.

Inventory Connect

Inventory Connect covers watches, bags, jewelry, and metals across multiple stores, with live spot prices and an AI assistant. It pushes listings to eight channels. Dealer splits and consignment payouts sit on the Vault tier. Pricing is listed as coming soon.

The split

Use WatchTraderHub when multi-channel sync, barcode labels, and VAT-aware invoicing are the daily problem.

Use Kigu when consignment, cross-border currency, and tax-ready deal records matter most and a $59 a month tier fits the operation.

Use Movement OMS when the same deal needs to close, post to the books, pay out partners, and update the site without anyone re-entering it.

Price

$299 a month, one plan, unlimited seats. 14-day trial. Start a trial or see pricing.
