WatchTraderHub
WatchTraderHub is strongest when the daily problem is keeping listings and stock in step across channels. One inventory can connect to Chrono24, eBay, WooCommerce, Shopify, and the dealer's own website; a sale on any of them pulls the watch off the rest. The CRM adds wish lists matched to inventory, duplicate merging, and purchase history. Team roles let staff sell without seeing what the business paid for a watch.
Kigu
Kigu is built around the financial record of each watch: serial number, condition, papers, and box status on the item, with buys, sells, and fees on the transaction. It handles tax treatment for 46 countries, keeps exchange rates per deal, and exports to CSV and XLSX for an accountant. Consignment agreements, purchase and sales invoice drafts, and staff commissions stay linked to the deal. Kigu names Chrono24 and WhatsApp trading as its main channels rather than marketplace sync, and its site does not mention QuickBooks posting.
Movement OMS
Movement OMS puts CRM intake, sourcing, inventory, deals, invoices, and accounting on one record. A buyer request or seller submission enters the queue, gets matched against stock already held, and moves into a selling queue otherwise. The deal carries cost basis, sold price, gross profit, and payments; closing it posts the bill, balance sheet, and COGS to QuickBooks and updates the dealer's website and Google Shopping feed. The plan is $299 a month with unlimited seats and a 14-day trial.
WatchTraderHub's free tier caps out at 15 watches. Its paid tiers cap inventory at 50, 100, or 250 watches; unlimited inventory needs a custom Enterprise quote.
The split
Use WatchTraderHub when multi-channel sync, barcode labels, and VAT-aware invoicing are the daily problem. Use Kigu when consignment, cross-border currency, and tax-ready deal records matter most. Use Movement OMS when the same deal needs to close, post to QuickBooks, and update the site without re-entering anything.

Questions
What is the best watch dealer software for a small team?Look for seat pricing that does not punish headcount, role controls that hide cost from reps, and margin visibility that is not locked in one person's spreadsheet. WatchTraderHub and Kigu both list staff commissions. Movement OMS adds unlimited seats, deal splits, and payouts for partners and salespeople.
Which one supports consignment?Kigu is built around it: consignment agreements, invoices, settlements, and staff commissions stay on the deal. WatchTraderHub lists consignment among its dealer tools. Movement OMS has inventory on memo and deal splits, but no dedicated consignment workflow.
Which one posts to QuickBooks?Movement OMS posts the bill, balance sheet, and COGS to QuickBooks when a deal closes. WatchTraderHub and Kigu don't mention QuickBooks; Kigu exports accountant-ready CSV and XLSX instead.
Which one has a free plan?WatchTraderHub's free tier covers up to 15 watches. Kigu's free plan covers core features, plus a 7-day trial of everything. Movement OMS is one paid plan at $299 a month, with a 14-day trial and no free tier.
Which one covers the most sales channels?WatchTraderHub connects Chrono24, eBay, WooCommerce, Shopify, and the dealer's own website. Movement OMS updates a dealer website and Google Shopping feed when a deal closes. Kigu's channels are Chrono24 and WhatsApp trading, not marketplace sync.
Does any of this replace an accountant? No. All three organize records, invoices, and exports. The accountant still decides how the business handles its books and tax filings.
